Terms of Use | Malaysia Online Casino Review Platform

Our Agreement with You

Every time you visit our website, you enter into an agreement under these Terms of Use. This begins the moment you land on any page of our site.

We may update these terms periodically as the online casino landscape evolves. When changes occur, we will update this page immediately. Continuing to use our site after updates means you accept the revised terms. We recommend checking back regularly to stay informed.

Who Can Use Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. While different jurisdictions have varying legal gambling ages, we maintain a consistent 18+ requirement. Our content is designed for adult audiences.

When using our website, you confirm you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we accidentally receive data from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.

It is also your responsibility to ensure accessing gambling-related content is legal in your location. Some regions restrict gambling information entirely. We do not target these areas, but if you access our site from a restricted location, that is your choice and responsibility.

What We Do and Do Not Do

Our website exists for information and education purposes. We are not providing legal or financial advice—just sharing findings from our testing and research. Our reviews and ratings reflect honest opinions based on genuine experience.

Important Note: When you click a casino link on our site, you are leaving our platform and entering that casino's website. At that point, their terms apply—not ours. Any issues with a casino must be resolved directly with them.

Our Content and Your Usage

All content on our website—text, images, logos, design elements—belongs to us or is licensed to us. Copyright laws protect our material.

If you wish to use our content beyond personal viewing, please contact us. We are generally accommodating, but we need to understand your intentions first.

Affiliate Links: Our Transparency Commitment

We want to be completely upfront: we use affiliate links. This means if you click a link on our site and register with a casino, we may earn a small commission.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our recommendations. Commission never affects our standards.

Responsible Use

We aim to maintain a helpful, friendly environment. When using our platform, please behave responsibly.

Please Avoid:

• Illegal purposes: We comply with the law.
• System compromise: We protect our users.
• Viruses or harmful code: We maintain security.
• Bots or scrapers: We protect our content.
• Spam or ads: We maintain quality.
• Abusive behaviour: We respect our users.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms. For serious breaches, we may block access to our website.

External Links and Third Parties

Our website contains links to external sites—casinos, payment providers, and more. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their practices.

When you click a link and leave our site, you are on your own. We strongly recommend reading the terms and privacy policies of any external site before sharing personal information or making financial transactions. Your dealings with third-party websites are between you and them.

No Guarantees: Keeping It Real

Our website is provided "as is" and "as available." We cannot promise perfect functionality or error-free information.

We Do Not Guarantee:

• Uninterrupted Access: Technical issues may occur.
• Complete Accuracy: Information changes frequently.
• Virus-Free Operation: We secure our site but cannot guarantee.
• Casino Expectations: Each casino experience varies.

Casino terms, bonuses, and availability change frequently. Always verify details directly with the casino before registering or depositing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive—arising from:

Gambling carries inherent risk. You are responsible for your decisions and their consequences.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions still apply.

Policy Updates

We may revise these terms periodically. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via our website or email if you are subscribed.
